What's in a name? Well, you can't copyright or trademark one, that's for sure! We don't claim that the name "Willard the Bear" is our property, or even Willard's property, but we do claim that this particular Willard the Bear - the one that looks like this:
....and flies round the world is a unique creation and is therefore our copyright!
The "Willard Bear - Tried and Tested" and "Willard Bear - Licensed to Fly" logos are Copyright Simon Lamont and Lamont Enterprises, and are used with permission.

We do not currently collect and store any private information, but, if we ever do, it will only be done with your express permission, and will only be used for the explicit purpose that it was provided for. Willard thinks there is enough SPAM in the world already, and has no intention of adding any more to the total.

The Willard Bear website is entirely non-commercial and is run on a "not for profit" basis. We do not accept advertising, sell mailing lists or do anything else that would compromise Willard's impartiality. We reserve the right to raise money to support the site via merchandising and soliciting donations from users. We warrant that any such monies received will only be used to support and extend this site, and to finance any additional content on the site.
