But, all too soon, it's "happy hour" and since he missed it on his first night, Willard is determined to take his place for this evening's social event...

....and take in the nightly spectacle that is the "Symphony of Lights" that has now become a nightly attraction for visitors and residents alike.

As a regular at the Sheraton Towers, Willard knows that the evening Hors D'Oeuvres in the Towers lounge are a great networking opportunity. Willard discusses the finer points of frequent flying with his new friend Jason, who is in town on business (and who wasn't a Flyertalker, but probably is by now!)

But tonight, Willard has a reservation at the Hunan Garden, another of the top 10 restaurants in Hong Kong (and one of the nice things about Hong Kong is that the best restaurants are not always necessarily the most expensive!)

Willard peruses the menu in this Hunanese restaurant, famed for its somewhat spicy (read: "burning hot, hotter than eating the Sun, makes a Vindaloo curry seem like a bowl of rice pudding") cuisine....
