So, walking back along the promenade, Willard takes a last picture of the famous view across the bay to Hong Kong island with his old camera (which will now be relegated to backup camera status) on the way back to the hotel.

"Why not try a Dim Sum lunch at the Celestial Court Restaurant?" suggests a sign at the entrance to the Sheraton. Well, with hunger begining to gnaw at him (and Beeker!), and with the 20% discount that Towers guests get at (most of) the hotel restaurants, Willard thinks this is an excellent idea!

And, having selected a few choice morsels, Dim Sum duly arrives!

Another wizz up in the scenic elevator to the Towers level, and Willard thinks it is time to cool off....

....with a quick dip in the jaccuzzi's on the top of the hotel!
