But the lounge is now empty enough for us to take some pictures - it's a nice lounge, but for an airport that has so many Thai flights, it really is a bit tiny.

Well catered though! If only they could stretch to at least a few beers in the chiller (they do this at Phuket, but not, as far as I've seen, at any other of the domestic lounges) it would be a reasonable lounge.

And here we are, back on a Thai Airbus, a somewhat newer model this time, with newer business class seats that are quite acceptable for a short flight.

And after having experienced the walk from domestic arrivals to international terminal 1 a few days ago, we sensibly opt for the domestic shuttle bus this time. Thai have managed to check our hold bags through all the way to London, but cannot issue boarding passes for our Malaysian flight, so we need to present at check-in for our flight.
