Willard surveys the, erm, extensive food selection in this, erm, flagship lounge at SAS's main international hub. He can't help but think that it is even more underwhelming that it was when he was here last year.

As we disembark from our short flight to Zurich, I'm a little concerned that if we were told that the Swiss HON/First lounge was "closed today" we'd be witnessing an ursine tantrum, however, disaster averted, as we find our way to the new Swiss Lounge, and are welcomed in with open arms.

Plenty of catering in the main lounge area, and, wonder of wonders, a choice of five flavours of Champagne!
