Willard explores the lounge and finds the First Class section - whilst his current ticket doesn't, sadly, allow him to enter, he vows that on his next trip through Bangkok, this is where he will be.

But the Royal Silk lounge still offers him a full range of creature comforts, there are chill out cubicles for long haul travellers on long connections to lie back and rest.

....and plenty of comfy seats to relax with a drink and wait for your flight to be called.

On the way out Willard calls in at the bar at the entrance to the lounge, what a shame he doesn't have time for a last drink.

And what a long walk to the gate! Suvarnabhumi prides itself on having the longest Airport shopping mall in the world, however, sadly, the design of the airport demands that you have to walk the entire length of it in order to get to any of the gates.
